Responsibilities
- Assists in creating new policies and processes and disseminates it to sales Teams and other departments through a written memorandum.
- Maintains the availability of resources and ensures that all sales materials are uploaded and correct.
- Develop project mastery of all assigned projects and assist in the formulation of marketing promos and strategies and ensure the sales team is on board.
- Maintains centralized cloud storage of all memoranda, PSC, Perspectives, Minutes of the meeting, and forms, accessible to CMOs and sales teams.
- Assists in the formulation of Sale Structure, Awards, Incentives, Policy, and other sales activities.
- Attends meetings and participates in the discussion of the meeting`s agenda.
- Reviews the daily transaction reports, updates, and repairs in the Sales Hubs submitted by the CMO.
- Assists in taking minutes in every Sales Meeting.
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, and or another related field.
- At least five (5) years experience
- Proven Sales Experience
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry relations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Expertise in CRM Platform
