Recruitment Associate

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate hiring activities
  • Undertake clerical duties (e.g., answering emails and drafting offer letters)
  • Prepare and post job ads online
  • Coordinate to different Government Agencies for posting and recruitment manpower (e.g., PESO, Barangay)
  • Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
  • Orients and Documents Hiring process
  • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Greet and assist interviewees onsite
  • Process background checks
  • Maintain candidate database
  • Handle records and paperwork
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)"

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related courses
  • With at least 1-year work experience as a Recruitment Officer
  • Experience with personnel files, background checks, and employment reference checks.
  • Ability to maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality with employees' sensitive data.                
  • Ability to prioritize and work cooperatively and independently with limited supervision.                
  • Flexible in their work schedule and willing to work overtime                
  • Strong work ethic and team player mentality.                
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably on business correspondence and HR-related technical writing, both verbally and in writing
