Responsibilities
- Assists in the completion of project/work related to Performance Management and different areas of Organizational Development, i.e Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Lean & Quality Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
- Assist in the enhancement and development of current and new Organizational Development programs
- Provides CONFIDENTIAL administrative and research support to the Organizational Development team.
- Liaises with the Unit and Department Heads and Colleagues to the complete organization development-related projects, such as position description, interview guides, and Job Levelling analyses
- Conducts and evaluates learning and development activities
- Coordinates Organizational Development related information and provides updates to appropriate departments and individuals.
- Performs other supervisory and administrative functions as assigned.
Must Have
- AB/BS Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management and Development and other allied disciplines
- Three (3) years relevant work experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, and/or Development.
- Performance Management
- With a background in Quality Management System
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in office and business administration software
- Organizational skills that include precision and attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
