Responsibilities

  • Assists in the completion of project/work related to Performance Management and different areas of Organizational Development, i.e Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Lean & Quality Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
  • Assist in the enhancement and development of current and new Organizational Development programs
  • Provides CONFIDENTIAL administrative and research support to the Organizational Development team.
  • Liaises with the Unit and Department Heads and Colleagues to the complete organization development-related projects, such as position description, interview guides, and Job Levelling analyses
  • Conducts and evaluates learning and development activities
  • Coordinates Organizational Development related information and provides updates to appropriate departments and individuals.
  • Performs other supervisory and administrative functions as assigned.

Must Have

  • AB/BS Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management and Development and other allied disciplines
  • Three (3) years relevant work experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, and/or Development.
  • Performance Management
  • With a background in Quality Management System
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in office and business administration software
  • Organizational skills that include precision and attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Nice to have

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed
  • Possesses a strong work ethic and team player mentality
