General Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Prepares commission schedules of Agents and Brokers. Updates Schedules when necessary
  • Communicates with the Sales Team for any concerns on the commission releases
  • Ensures complete records of commission releases in Accounting System
  • Submits a copy of commission schedules and requests for commission release to Agents and Brokers in a Monthly basis
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any business-related course
  • At least one (1) year of experience
  • Knowledge in Accounting ERP/Software
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

Nice to have

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed
  • Possesses a strong work ethic and team player mentality
