(2) Property Management Officer

Responsibilities

  • Supervise village personnel to maintain the cleanliness, safety, security, and living standard thereof.
  • Attend to homeowners' concerns pertaining to common areas, security, and sanitation.
  • Organize regular homeowners' association meetings
  • Respond to emergency incidents within the village
  • Pro-actively take steps to mitigate any issues that might affect the village
  • Coordinate with the local government unit to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Honor HLRUB guidelines and resolutions as they are published. Integrated these rulings into the day-to-day operations of the village
  • Coordinate with local utility companies to ensure the delivery of these services into the village
  • Coordinate with the operations support unit to ensure regulatory compliance and the timely delivery of ALPMC's Service Level Agreement
  • Other tasks and duties pertaining to the village, as requested by the HOA board of directors or the ALPMC Mangement
  • Participate in ALPMC initiatives towards process improvement

Must Have

  • Graduate of any Management Course or B.S Civil Engineering
  • Work experience as a supervisor/manager is a plus
  • Knowledge in-laws that are pertinent to housing and common living such as Fire Code, NBCP, Clean Air Act, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Knowledge in basic civil works concepts
  • Ability to lead a small team of personnel towards a common goal
  • Knowledge in AUTOCAD or other CAD software is a plus
  • Prior experience in governance of Homeowners' association is a plus
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  •  Must be amenable to work in multiple work sites as needed
